Senior Scheduler / Scheduler
Job Summary: The Project Scheduler will be responsible for developing, monitoring, and updating project schedules to ensure timely completion of all project phases. This role requires close collaboration with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to track progress, identify potential delays, and implement solutions to keep projects on schedule.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

Monitor project progress and regularly update schedules to reflect any changes.

Identify critical path activities and potential scheduling conflicts, providing recommendations for mitigation.

Coordinate with project managers and team members to gather project status updates and integrate them into the schedule.

Prepare and present regular schedule reports to project stakeholders, highlighting key issues and risks.

Utilize project scheduling software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) to manage schedules and generate reports.

Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and best practices in project scheduling.

Conduct schedule risk analyses and develop contingency plans.

Support the project team in achieving on-time delivery by proactively identifying and addressing scheduling issues.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Project Scheduler, Project Planner, or similar role.

Proficiency in project scheduling software, such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar tools.

Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with all levels of stakeholders.

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

PMP, PMI-SP, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
